PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
As developers, we specialize in creating convenience shopping centers owned and operated wholly by One Stop Arcade Holdings. In this category wholly owned OSAH subsidiaries develop and manage all aspects of the development and ultimately operate the completed properties under our trading brand One Stop Arcade. It is envisioned that all buildings developed under this model will also operate under the One Stop Arcade brand.
PROPERTY INVESTMENT
OSAH is also an investor seeking to collaborate with developers in the retail sector, serving either as active or silent investors, where we seek to leverage our knowledge and intelligence within this sub-sector to further grow our business. In this category, the properties may or may not operate under the One Stop Arcade brand and shareholding will differ from a small to significant minority shareholding.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
OSAH also seeks to further leverage our retail property management experience with other
developers in the retail space by offering project management services. OSAH may have no
shareholding but offers project management services including handling pre-construction,
on-construction, and post-construction services.
OSAH may also be engaged for
the
day-to-day running of these properties through its affiliated management company One
Stop
Arcade Management Ltd. Services offered include cleaning, security, maintenance, rent
collection, financial accounting, and compliance with all government regulations.
PROPERTY LETTING
OSAH seeks to connect property owners and managers with retailers, assisting them to secure suitable retail spaces. Our dedicated marketing team is always on the lookout for information on available properties or properties under development which not only informs our development decisions but also provides avenues for advising our retail partners on available locations in the marketplace.
